As an Onboarding Specialist at OCBC, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process for our new customers. You'll be the first point of contact, making a lasting impression and building trust from the start.
How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to be meticulous, organized, and customer-focused. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure all necessary documentation is in place, and that our customers are fully compliant with regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will be key to success.
What you do
Conduct both external & internal checks on clients, after obtaining the required information.
Conduct all required KYC, AML procedures and documentations.
Perform customer onboarding via non face-to-face meetings or digital onboarding.
Meet the compliance and control standards set in the end to end onboarding process.
Perform checkers role to validate/authorise the setting up of client’s account.
Close communication with other departments for resolving AML/KYC and other regulatory matters related to clients’ account.
Deliver best in class customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
Who you are
3-5 years' banking experience in relevant area
Attention to details
Good communication and interpersonal skills
