Minimum Qualifications:

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in PI3 cell management or similar roles
- Demonstrated ability to improve procedures and attain perfect results
- Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards while encouraging innovation
