• Lead the Intelligence Analytics function, driving the application of AI, advanced analytics, data modeling, and statistical methods to solve complex business problems.
• Define and execute the AI and analytics roadmap aligned with business strategy, operational priorities, and digital transformation goals.
• Partner with business, operations, and IT stakeholders to identify high - value analytics and AI use cases and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Oversee the development, validation, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI models, predictive analytics, and statistical analyses.
• Ensure high data quality, robust feature engineering, and sound statistical methodology across all analytics initiatives.
• Establish best practices for model governance, performance monitoring, explainability, and ethical use of AI.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data scientists, analytics engineers, and analysts, fostering a strong culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Drive adoption and impact by enabling data - driven decision - making through actionable insights, dashboards, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with data platform and engineering teams to ensure analytics solutions are scalable, secure, and production - ready.
• Track and communicate business value, ROI, and performance metrics of AI and analytics initiatives to senior leadership.
• Stay current with emerging AI, machine learning, and statistical techniques, and assess their applicability to the organization.
