Key Responsibilities:
Production Line Oversight & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor production line performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.

Inventory Management & Optimization

• Use advanced analytics, scheduling optimization, and reporting tools to strengthen site inventory health and support supply chain stability.

Application Development & Automation

• Develop and maintain Python and SQL-based programs to support scheduling optimization applications and streamline manufacturing processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering teams to improve overall inventory performance through business process improvements, scheduling logic development, and data-driven reporting.

Visualization & Reporting

• Build and implement dashboards and analytical reports to monitor inventory health and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and application development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and scheduling principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in semiconductor manufacturing or high-volume production environments.
• Familiarity with business process improvement and project management methodologies.
• Experience in developing automation tools and optimization algorithms.
