能夠勝任多任務與高效率的工作環境，具備時間管理, 組織能力及優先順序安排能力，能遵循既定流程，並在較少監督下完成工作。
能夠配合 12 小時制日班／夜班輪班工作。
具備良好的溝通與人際互動能力，高度主動積極，並具有優秀的問題解決能力。
This role is expected to leverage AI-enabled and digital tools to improve productivity, troubleshooting efficiency, knowledge management, technical documentation, and decision-making processes. Team members may utilize approved AI solutions to support repair analysis, process improvement, and operational excellence while complying with Micron's data security and confidentiality requirements.
