Ahrefs is looking for a proactive Office Manager to support our Singapore office operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a dynamic, autonomous work environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while also assisting with administrative tasks such as vendor payments, procurement new hire onboarding among other things.

At Ahrefs we value autonomy and trust. We don’t believe in micromanagement, we treat people like adults and expect them to take ownership of their work. 

This is an office based role. In Singapore, our office is a modern open-plan workspace with around 50-60 employees, equipped with state-of-the-art hardware. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office and pantry supplies, facilities, equipment maintenance and general workplace organization
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
  • Assist in processing vendor payments, procurement, and other finance-related administrative duties.
  • Support internal teams with logistical and administrative needs.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, assisting with workspace and equipment setup.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information with discretion.
  • Serve as the go-to person for office-related queries and needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Prior experience in an administrative, office management, or operations support role.
  • Independence & Maturity: Able to work autonomously, make informed decisions, and proactively address office needs.
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Discretion & Integrity: Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A self-starter with a can-do attitude who takes initiative.
  • Team Player: Comfortable interacting with various teams as well as company leadership.
  • Office Presence: This is an office-based role, as the key POC for office related needs this person is expected to be in the office most of the time.
