OKX CEO Office's Data Product team is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager who is responsible for both internal data services as well as data requests from various business lines, and eventually improving the efficiency and experience of data users company-wide.
- Data Product Design & Management: Responsible for the product design of in-house data tools, such as metrics management system, feature store and table access control tool. Ensure high quality delivery to fulfill the requirements of internal data analysts and PMs.
- Data Business Partner: Responsible for definition and changes of company-wide key metrics. Deep dive into business use cases from different teams, and prioritize requests to make sure these can be delivered with proper data architecture. Collaborate with the Data Engineer and backend team to design internal data pipelines/models to improve operational efficiency and support strategic business decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and SOP Development: Partner with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving improvements in user satisfaction rate.
- Minimum of 5 years in data-related fields or product management fields, familiar with data warehouses, data applications, data analytics tools and so on.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex technical challenges in a rapidly evolving environment.
- High level of responsibility, strong ownership and resilience under pressure.
- A background in big data or relevant technical experience is a plus.
