About The Role
What You Will Be Doing
General administrative duties
Franking and recording of mails, records management, E-filing, supervision of contractors
Prepare and reconcile monthly expense report
Inventory management
Contract administration
Assist with budget planning
Annual check of office assets and tagging exercise
Prepare purchase order, work closely with suppliers and internal users, follow up on invoices, process payments
Maintenance of equipment and office facilities
Cover reception duty as and when required
Take the lead on office administrative matters
Assist with office decoration
We’re Looking For Someone Who’s
Knowledge of office management system and procedures
Strong administrative experience
Able to multi task and good time management
Proactive, attention to details, high level of accuracy and problem-solving skill
Good writing and verbal communication skill
Strong organizational, analytical and planning skill
Proficient in MS office
Able to exercise discretion and sound judgment
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Exude corporate image at all times
