Job Summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing initiatives to promote the company’s cybersecurity solutions and services. This role involves managing campaigns, events, and digital content to drive brand visibility, partner engagement, and lead generation within the cybersecurity industry.
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company and vendor objectives.
- Plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, content, and event channels.
- Work closely with cybersecurity vendors to plan and execute co-branded programs using MDF (Marketing Development Funds).
- Support strategic planning for new vendor launches, product introductions, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
2. Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Manage the company’s digital presence across social media, website, and email marketing channels.
- Create, localize, and optimize marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales enablement kits.
- Support content creation and scheduling for social media, newsletters, and online promotions.
- Oversee online advertising campaigns and ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta, Mailchimp, Canva, Wix) for campaign execution and analytics.
3. Event & Campaign Execution
- Plan, organize, and coordinate events, webinars, roadshows, and partner marketing activities.
- Oversee logistics and on-site execution to ensure successful delivery of marketing events.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for event and campaign implementation.
- Support lead generation through events and digital outreach to drive pipeline growth.
- Maintain proper tracking of MDF budgets, claims, and backend operational processes.
4. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Drive demand generation and end-user engagement through targeted campaigns and webinars.
- Manage and qualify leads using the MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) framework.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and channel teams to convert MQLs into opportunities.
- Maintain and enrich CRM databases with accurate campaign and account information.
- Support lead nurturing via content tracks, retargeting, and email workflows.
5. Team Collaboration & Coordination
- Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Sales, and Vendor teams to align marketing activities.
- Support internal communication of campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely task execution and reporting for all marketing projects.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with brand and MDF guidelines.
6. Market Intelligence & Performance Insights
- Conduct research on cybersecurity trends, customer needs, and competitor movements.
- Provide insights on market positioning and product messaging to guide marketing strategy.
- Track and report on campaign ROI, lead conversions, and pipeline contribution.
- Recommend improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and brand impact.
7. Additional task allocated by Reporting Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the IT or cybersecurity sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta, Mailchimp, Canva, Wix).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, resourceful, and results-oriented with a keen interest in technology and cybersecurity trends.

Other Information:
•Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
