  • Assist on long-term projects and operational issues as needed

  • Analyze operational data to produce reports and insights on network performance

  • Demonstrate willingness to grow in knowledge and span of responsibility

  • Working knowledge of internet routing (BGP)

  • Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals, HTTP/S, and DNS

  • Basic knowledge of Linux and scripting languages

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and meet deadlines in time-sensitive situations

  • Ability to stay organized in a multitasking environment

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Experience with monitoring tools or systems (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK, Pingdom, etc.)

Other information:

  • Working Location: Suntec City

  • Working Days: 5 Days a week (Inclusive of weekends & PH)

  • Working Hours: 6.30am – 3.30pm or 7.30am-4.30pm
