Project Title: Design and Development of Operational Improvement Tools for VantexB and VantexBX workstation
Description: The Internship program aims to expose intern to 150s/160s VantexB and VantexBX hardware/system, to get to know the basics of preventive maintenance procedures, to familiarize with the current practice of external repairs, and to establish a system to better facilitate repair loop process for equipment's faulty repairable parts.
Scope: In this Project, the student will
- Gain understanding of the hardware and system used in semiconductor dry etch process
- Get to know preventive maintenance procedures
- Be exposed to current practice of external repair
- Be familiarized with Dielectric team operations
Deliverable: To develop an end-to-end solution to facilitate CCRR process, or any operational improvement tools for Dry Etch Dielectric team
Skillset Required: General problem solving, data analytics, and basic skills on Microsoft Office suite
Course of interests: Engineering
Duration Period: 6 months
