We are currently partnering with a leading technology-driven telecommunications organization that is scaling rapidly to support new digital initiatives and platforms. As part of this expansion, multiple roles are open across key functions to help build, maintain, and enhance next-generation solutions. What You Will Do

  • Delivery of new network or tech-refresh projects, ensuring timely completion.

  • Ensure projects are delivered professionally and with quality.

  • Coordinate and work with Project Managers to properly execute the projects' scope of work.

  • Provide regular and timely projects updates to key stakeholders.

  • Implement new network solutions and/or optimize the efficiency of current networks.

  • Assist in the preparation of Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and other projects documentations as required.

  • Completion of required User Acceptance Test (UAT) or relevant customer required test to with proper documentations.

  • Assist with providing knowledge transfer to customer and other stakeholder upon completion of projects.

  • Assist Day 2 Network Team with troubleshooting for managed service customer when requested

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in network deployment for small to large-scale network infrastructure.

  • Fundamental knowledge of network technologies, including routing, switching, firewalls, access network and/or wireless network.

  • Able to configure routing & switching and wireless network.

  • Understand core switching and routing (Aruba /Cisco)

  • Good configuration and troubleshooting skills

  • Good customer interaction, written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work with all levels, and ability to work and contribute in a team or individually.
