About Your New Role

We are seeking a Network Engineer (SD-WAN & Managed Services) to support and deliver superior service to ISP/MSP business customers worldwide. This is a Full-Time, 100% Remote opportunity with multiple shift options available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end support for customers with a focus on SDWAN (preferably Cato), Internet, and related services.
  • Troubleshoot and configure basic LAN setups (Routers, Firewalls) and Microsoft operating systems.
  • Support the provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve support issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Own support issues from start to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction with clear communication and expert problem-solving.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships by delivering outstanding support.
  • Mentor and train fellow engineers on complex technical issues and solutions.
  • Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.
What You’ll Need for Success
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced technical environment, with expertise in SDWAN (Cato preferred).
  • CCNA/CCNP certifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong command-line networking skills (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper).
  • Strong firewall configuration experience (Fortinet preferred).
  • Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, VRRP.
  • Knowledge of routers, firewalls, NAT, COS/QOS, and network design principles.
  • Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and processes.
Compensation & Work Schedule
  • Annual Compensation: USD 32,000 – 50,000 (based on experience and skills).
  • Multiple shift options available to support global customers.
  • 100% Remote
