Job Summary

As a MSB & MSH PMO Specialist, you will be part of the Program Management Office (PMO), supporting the successful execution of strategic and operational projects across the organization. You will help drive project management excellence, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Project & Program Management
  • Support the identification, prioritization, and execution of projects and programs in line with business objectives.
  • Apply project management methodologies and best-known methods to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and budget.
  • Track milestones, manage project status, and escalate risks or issues as needed.
• Process Stewardship & Continuous Improvement
  • Serve as a process steward for business planning and project management activities, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Rationalize project scope, conduct diagnostics, define goals/KPIs, and develop opportunities for improvement.
  • Document and optimize business processes, guidelines, and standards.
• Performance & Metrics
  • Monitor and report on project and program performance using digital tools and dashboards.
  • Support the achievement of site and organizational KPIs, including cost targets, operational metrics, and engagement initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Facilitate structured dialogues and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Drive project and status visibility through appropriate platform and communication channel.
• Collaboration & Culture
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize strategies and resources.
  • Promote integration into company culture and foster engagement through team activities and recognition programs.  

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt to changing business needs.
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and reporting.
• Interest in automation and emerging technologies like Generative AI. Willingness to learn tools such as Python, Power BI, or RPA.
