Job Description

1. Assisting in tracking & updating of E-Acceptance Report. Raising of memorandums and CIF Merge Forms to update customer’s information and send them to COC for processing.

2. Assisting in printing of documents and arranging courier service for Mortgage Sales Bankers.

3. Assisting in collating of Account Opening Forms to be batch to COC for processing.

4. Assignment of Leads from various channels to Mortgage Sales Bankers. 5.Collating & updating of Introduce a Friend cases and issuance of redemption letters

6. Assisting Mortgage Sales Bankers in sending service request for repricing, request for loan statements.

7. Assisting in performing name screening and searches.

8. Updating of PWEB online application leads.

9. Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor/s
