Get to Know the Team

The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Singapore. We contribute towards Grab’s vision of being Southeast Asia’s superapp by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Singapore. We develop and execute business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.

As part of the Singapore Operations team, the Grab Merchant team looks at how we can engage our Merchants and help partner them in growing their business on Grab.

Get to Know the Role 

Reporting to the Head, Sales & Grab Merchant Centre, SG, you will be responsible for:
  • Driving revenue growth for the Unmanaged Merchants Portfolio in Singapore across all Grab products and services, including merchant adoption of self-serve advertising solutions.
  • Developing and executing GTM strategies to launch new products and features successfully.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to create solutions that help merchants achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Leading data-driven decision-making, ensuring strategies are aligned with revenue objectives.

This is an onsite role based in Singapore.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need 

  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 4-5 years in revenue-driven roles (sales, GTM, operations, or marketing).
  • Proven track record of driving adoption and revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to turn data insights into business recommendations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to lead high-impact projects that result in revenue expansion and efficiency gains.
