About the Role
Are you ready to advance your career and join a team of highly skilled professionals? We are currently seeking a Module Process Engineer to join our innovative facility in Sanand, Gujarat, India. As a Module Process Engineer at Micron, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring the flawless execution of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
In the role of Module Process Engineer, you will:
  • Develop, document, and maintain process specifications and procedures to ensure the highest quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to achieve efficient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root causes of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve process reliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff to successfully implement new processes and technologies.
  • Regularly perform audits and inspections to ensure alignment with industry standards and suggested guidelines.
  • Promote innovation and participate in the creation of new products and processes.

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in process engineering, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex process issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on promoting an inclusive and group-centered atmosphere.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, ambitious setting.
  • Proficiency in using process simulation and data analysis tools.
  • An approach that emphasizes continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Apply AI-assisted analytics and automation tools to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Leverage AI-enabled solutions for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, yield improvement, and manufacturing optimization.
  • Apply data-driven and AI-supported approaches to enhance operational excellence and manufacturing performance.

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will make you stand out:
  • Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies and Six Sigma certification.
  • Knowledge of advanced process control (APC) and statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry norms and regulatory guidelines for semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Ability to compete and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
