As the Microsoft Singapore Financial Services Leader and a senior member of the country leadership team, you will lead a high-performing organization of account teams serving banks, insurers, capital-markets firms, and other regulated financial institutions. You will help customers translate their AI ambitions into measurable business outcomes across customer experience, employee productivity, risk and compliance, financial crime prevention, and core modernization. You will set the segment vision and growth strategy, orchestrate “One Microsoft” execution across sales, engineering, partners, and industry stakeholders, and build trusted relationships with boards, C-suite executives, technology leaders, risk leaders, and regulators. You will also carry significant people-management responsibilities, including developing leaders, strengthening execution discipline, and managing performance.

This opportunity offers the chance to shape one of Singapore’s most strategically important industries at a time of rapid AI-led change. You will build deep expertise at the intersection of AI, data, cybersecurity, operational resilience, responsible innovation, and financial regulation; lead complex transformations that require alignment across business, technology, risk, compliance, and operations; and strengthen Microsoft’s position as a trusted transformation partner to the financial-services ecosystem. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Responsibilities

As the Financial Services Leader, you will lead an organization of account teams to create enduring executive relationships and deliver differentiated value to financial-services customers. You will be accountable for leadership in the following areas:

  • Customer, Partner, and Industry Leadership — Serve as a trusted adviser and credible spokesperson across Singapore’s banking, insurance, payments, and capital-markets ecosystem. Build senior relationships with boards, C-suite leaders, technology executives, risk and compliance leaders, and relevant industry bodies. Help customers scale AI securely and responsibly while meeting expectations for data protection, cybersecurity, operational resilience, governance, and regulatory readiness. Champion partners, co-sell to extend reach and industry capability, and remove barriers that slow customer value realization.
  • People Leadership - Attract, lead, develop and retain a diverse and inclusive sales organization that is motivated and agile. Foster an inspirational coaching culture that empowers the team to deliver and continuously learn.
