you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes. What you do

  • Manage and maintain financial systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

  • Identify and resolve issues, implementing process improvements as needed

  • Collaborate with various teams, including finance, risk, and compliance, to ensure seamless operations

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to support financial analysis and decision-making

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Who you are

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance operations

  • Tech-savvy and passionate about automation and continuous improvement

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively

  • Experience with financial systems and processes, including accounting and reporting

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including finance, risk, and compliance teams and leads

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
