Who you are
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with 3–5 years of finance operations experience in real estate/building management.
Tech-savvy and passionate about automation and continuous improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
Experience with financial systems and processes, including accounting and reporting
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including finance, risk, and compliance teams and leads
Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
