Our Risk Portfolio Management team plays a crucial role in measuring, managing and optimising risks to optimise credit portfolio performance. By joining us, you will have the chance to make a tangible impact on our organisation's success and contribute to the achievement of our strategic goals. We have an opportunity in the area of Risk Appetite and Credit Concentration as part of credit portfolio management.

How you succeed
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in credit risk management, preferably covering both Wholesale and Retail portfolios.

  • Strong understanding of credit risk principles and portfolio dynamics; understanding how changes in operating environment and event risk impact the credit portfolio and identifying vulnerable segments for management attention.

  • Experience in credit portfolio management is an added advantage

  • Strong analytics & quantitative skills, coupled with excellent communication & stakeholder management skill.

  • Proficient in programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL, SAS) and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) to analyse and visualise data.

  • Agile mindset and willingness to learn.

What you do
  • Assess risk & opportunities in the operating environment to enable more effective risk-taking aligned to our risk appetite and against economic, structural and cyclical conditions.

  • Analyse and measure portfolio credit concentration and performance across multiple dimensions, including legal entity, business unit, customer segment, product, industry, geography. 

  • Identify emerging trends and key drivers, drawing actionable insights to inform management discussion and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk assessments are integrated into business strategies and decision-making processes.
