About the Role:
Oversee daily M&E operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lifts, BMS) and ensure all maintenance is carried out according to schedules, SOPs, and safety standards.
Lead and manage managers/engineers, including recruitment and performance, and oversee contractors and vendors for outsourced services.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, attend meetings, and provide regular reports on operations, performance, and improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulations through audits and inspections, manage incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement, while driving cost optimisation, asset management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (building services/facilities preferred), with 7–10 years of M&E facilities management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
Strong expertise in M&E systems and local codes/standards (e.g., Fire Code, WSH), with good leadership, communication, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CMMS/CAFM systems, with the ability to travel across sites and respond to emergencies when required.
