Responsibilities:

Delivery Planning

  • Organize the operations capacity daily plan.
  • Align all the necessary resources linked to the capacity and priorities.
  • Prepare the shipping list for the next window.
  • Adjust the shipping list according to priorities.
  • Monitor and ensure the delivery of the daily shipping list.
  • Escalate and lead in problem solving in cross functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Operations Planning for S&OP:

  • Organize the monthly cycle of the S&OP, with focus on operations planning.
  • Anticipate the challenges and adjust the capacity that could affect the operations planning.
  • Ensure the timely completion of each monthly cycle of S&OP.
  • Checking and improving the adherence between the Demand and Supply process, and the Supply process itself.
  • Responsible for the timely analysis, review and preparation of the operations planning for consolidation in the region and world-wide level.
  • Seek continuous improvement of the tools and process for the Supply process.

Leadership and Coordination in the Region:

  • To serve as the reference for operations and delivery planning and execution for all related functions, and to coordinate with the other plants in the region.
  • To help and coach other functions and plants in the setup and use of the different processes and tools.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and WW team.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Manage risks and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years working experience in equivalent function
  • Knowledge of industrial operations with strong analytical skills
  • Proven experience in operations planning and customer delivery in a high-mix low-volume environment
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing direct/indirect cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Other Information:

  • Work Location: Changi North Rise

  • Working Days: Monday - Friday

  • Company transport provided from designated MRT stations.
