Partner with the best

As Product Line Manager, you will own the portfolio management/product development plan to deliver profitable growth for the Masoneilan control valves. You will enable business to deliver on financial targets. You will work with Sales/Marketing/New Product Development/Technology functions to capture customer requirements. You will drive product campaigns/develop innovative solutions to customer and market problems.

As a Product Line Manager, you will be responsible for:

·        Creating a vision for each product line in revenue/quantity volumes/CM trends over time to assess the evolution of product profitability.

·        Developing Multi-Generational Product Plans via “voice of the customer” input on new technologies/new products/developments with competition, and general market trends.

·        Tracking and benchmarking global competitors -identify market and competitor trends and provide extensive voice of customer to develop winning business strategies.

·        Supporting product commercialization efforts in conjunction with Marketing through development of marketing collateral, technical papers, tradeshows, and customer presentations.

·        Interfacing control valve products into the organization across multiple functional groups, including customer care/service/application engineering/sales/technology, on major issues and opportunities.

·        Supporting a region to ensure delivery of their “Break Through” needs. Providing key account support to sales/partners/commercial teams.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·        Have a Bachelor in “STEM” Majors, demonstrable experience in Product Management

·        Have proven experience in a technical sales, marketing or product management role

·        Have great analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese

·        Demonstrate the ability to document, plan, market and deliver projects and programs successfully

·        Be able to work cross-functionally and collaboratively. Flexible for international travel up to 30% to visit customers and partners

·        Have Knowledgeable of control valve markets, applications, and competition is an advantage
