We are looking for a Customer Reference Content and Program Manager who is a passionate storyteller and a strategist and who understands how our secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure—from data analytics and ML to collaboration software—empowers organizations to build what’s next. As part of a team dedicated to bringing technology to life for a diverse range of customers, you will help bridge the gap between complex cloud engineering and real-world business impact.
Role:
- Program Management: Serve as the central Program and Content Manager for the Cloud JAPAC customer reference program.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to identify, develop, and engage strategic reference customers.
- Asset Creation: Work with local teams to produce and amplify customer content, including videos, case studies, blogs, and slides to showcase market momentum.
- Stakeholder Advisory: Interface with internal teams to advise on the strategic use of references for peer networking, events, and sales deliverables.
- Relationship Management: Build and activate customer relationships to benefit sales activity, product development, and the customer’s professional profile.
- Data & Tracking: Manage reference requests, track outcomes, and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer profiles and contact data.
- Internal Training: Educate internal teams on reference processes, asset utilization, and program strategy.
- Reporting: Define metrics and benchmarks; provide regular updates on reference status, gap analysis, and strategic recommendations.
You:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in B2B or developer marketing (content, events, community, direct mail, and social media).
- Proven project management experience, including websites, social media, reporting, and agency/vendor management.
- Self-starter comfortable collaborating across large, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Experience producing customer assets (case studies, blogs, videos, social media).
- Understanding of Cloud-native business models and product utilization. Analytical, problem-solving mindset with a passion for market dynamics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills in both business and technical contexts.
- Marketing Strategy: B2B, Digital, and Event Marketing; Program & Community Management.
- Execution: Content Writing, Social Media, and Content Creation.
- Relationship Management: Sales, Customer Success, and Cloud ecosystem engagement.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
