Role Summary:

You'll drive business efficiencies and strategic growth for clients across APAC by combining operational planning with deep analytical rigour. • Drive and support strategic, analytical, and operational projects across cross-functional regional teams.
  • Manage annual and quarterly planning, including data-backed budget modelling and headcount allocation processes.
  • Establish key performance frameworks, campaign maturity benchmarks, and metrics to continuously evaluate marketing efficiency and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline cross-functional approvals, automate reporting workflows, and simplify operational processes.
  • Distil data-driven learnings and best practices from various initiatives and syndicate across functions.
  • Craft compelling, insight-backed narratives to communicate complex marketing data simply to executive stakeholders.

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in an analytical, strategy, or operations role within high-growth tech environments, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • Proven technical data fluency: hands-on experience working with datasets and analytical tools (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, PowerBI) to extract actionable business insights.
  • Advanced Google Sheets / Excel capabilities for building financial, operational, and performance models from scratch.
  • Ability to translate complex datasets into simple, intuitive executive communications—balancing deep analytical rigor with practical actionability.
  • Distinctive problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills combined with strong business judgment.
  • Track record of thriving in fast-paced, matrixed environments with high agility and quick decision-making cycles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
