Job summary:
We are looking for an outgoing, ambitious, and energetic Marketing Manager to strengthern our Corporate branding and Industry outreach initiatives for Southeast Asia and India region. Primary duties include identifying business opportunities, partnership with industry stakeholders, strategic planning, marketing initiatives, evaluating business performance to maximize business reach and potential. You will focus on the latest industry developments and emerging trends, new growth areas, front new market penetrations and gather business intelligence. Your work will often reach across all areas of the business and require close collaborations with business units and functional teams.
Job responsibilities:
- Focus on new business enabling and emerging markets for ASP region (South East Asia, including India)
- Research and evaluate the latest industry developments and trends to identify new opportunities for value creation and business expansion.
- Develop strategies for product introduction, business development and supporting our Business Units to achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and support team, external parties to establish sales channel, business and support processes.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for ASP region. Work with industry stakeholders to improve corporate branding and product positioning
- Providing business intelligence and timely updates to BU, management and Sales team
- Such other duties & responsibilities as required for the purpose of job enlargement & enrichment
Qualification and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent
- Semiconductor and Electronics Engineering
- Marketing and Business development
- Communication and industry networking
- Creative problem solving and decision making
Industry experience, overseas travelling is required, able to adapt to dynamic business environment
