Role Summary:

As a marketing manager, your responsibilities will primarily include driving strategy, planning, and executing marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and retention and reinstating why the platform is essential to creators. 

Role

  • Drive the strategy, conceptualisation, planning and execution of marketing campaigns and run point on deliverables.
  • Lead go-to-market launches while working with global and local teams.
  • Identify and solve marketing challenges with creative and data-driven solutions.
  • Drive analytical reviews, including regular analytics & performance reporting & updates to in-country teams, internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders across internal and external teams. 
  • Support campaign communication, such as launch updates, post-launch performance reports and campaign learnings, between internal (cross-functional client departments) and external stakeholders (agency partners)

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, strategy or marketing communications
  • Broad passion for creators and creator marketing 
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, an independent thinker and a good communicator
  • Demonstrated talent at building strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams and being adept at influencing strategy with insights and data 
  • Innovative, out-of-the-box thinking and someone with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.
