 Behind every successful brand lies an amazing product, supported by an equally joyful brand and marketing team that tells creative and engaging stories.  

This role offers a variety of breadth and depth helping Klook develop creative and engaging sales and marketing campaigns. This includes but is not limited to online tactical campaigns, offline activations, events and PR. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to plan, coordinate and execute local marketing co-ops and initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Create, plan and implement strategic B2C online and offline marketing campaigns to acquire new users and engage existing ones for Klook in Singapore. You will take charge of the entire project funnel spanning ideation, proposal writing, drafting briefs and ensuring timely execution and overall project management of deliverables, reports and goals.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as content, social, design, KOLs, and business development teams to develop comprehensive campaign plans that outline goals, target audiences, messaging strategies, and KPIs.
     

  • Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value, and work with Central teams on customer segmentation and personalized marketing communications.
     

  • Collaborate with cross-regional business groups and functional areas to deliver high-impact projects for local campaigns, and ensure consistency with global strategies.
     

  • Perform thorough analysis and rigorous optimisation of your campaigns with reporting of key metrics, consumer insights and ROI. define the optimal marketing mix, drive growth via innovation. You will also manage and allocate A&P spending for your campaigns, including taking corrective action and sharing of learnings. 

  • Work with external media agencies and production vendors to bring scale to campaign execution, and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, focusing on travel & lifestyle media.

  • Foster collaboration and communication within the marketing team, while mentoring the junior team members on campaign execution and project management best practices.

What you’ll need:

  • At least 5-7 years experience in integrated brand marketing, ideally from an agency or in-house consumer marketing role with travel or e-commerce exposure.
     

  • Passionate about telling great creative stories through integrated marketing communications.
     

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics and using data/insights to build compelling marketing pitch decks and proposals.
     

  • Detail-oriented with strong project and timeline management skills, able to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive and deliver projects.
     

  • Strong communication skills and growth mindset
     

  • Strong roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and adaptable learning attitude.
