Job Description:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will play a key role in the creation, development and implementation of holistic marketing collaterals, channel partner programs and e-commerce in APeA.  This role needs to work closely across departments especially with the Sales and Product Management teams, and to work with various agencies e.g. eCommerce agency, Social Media, Design firms and Public Relations agencies to help execute eCommerce, digital and channel marketing strategies and initiatives effectively in APeA.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Play significant role in the creation, development, and execution of eCommerce marketing strategies to meet business to business channel objectives
  • Driving digital strategy for website, social media, and online platforms
  • Implementing tools/ technologies to maximize media and marketing campaign efficiency 
  • Driving various online and offline marketing initiatives, across social media, display, App and email marketing, affiliate and etc.
  • Developing creative digital marketing ideas, content and carrying out A/B tests
  • Evaluating the campaign performance and effectiveness; providing insights to drive and optimize KPIs (i.e. traffic, engagement, conversion, ROAS) in various digital marketing funnels for the business
  • Developing all marketing communications and social media campaigns in collaboration with the creative team and product team to ensure all promotions are planned and executed on schedule  
  • Preparing reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, CRM and loyalty programs 
  • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets
  • Liaising with partners for joint promotion opportunities
  • Develop all internal and external communication vehicles, which could include social media, e-commerce, website contents, in-store merchandizing, POSM
  • Plan and manage digital & channel marketing activities with Senior Marketing Manager for promotions, new product launches, influencers engagement, events, etc
  • Budget Tracking and Management for local marketing execution
  • Marketing campaigns’ execution, tracking and reports preparation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years direct, hands-on experience managing marketing projects
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications (or related field)
  • Proven communication and organizational skills. Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced time sensitive environment, manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Possesses organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate with associates internally and externally in an articulate and professional manner
