About the Team

As part of the Asia Pacific and Japan Campaigns and Programs team you will drive demand generation programs within key segments (industry, persona, competitive displacement, segment business focus) across AP&J.
You will collaborate with an exceptional team across multiple countries in AP&J while championing Workday's core Values of Customer Service, Employee Engagement, Innovation, Integrity, Profitability, & FUN!

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced demand gen professional to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns and programs into key industries across the AP&J region. 

In this new role you will be responsible for crafting awareness, education and demand generation campaigns, working closely with regional and country marketing teams, sales, alliance, customer services team as well as our global marketing team.  

You will need to have an entrepreneurial spirit and be ready to roll up your sleeves. You will build from the ground up, creating and delivering fully integrated key industry focused material that captures the interest of key personas in their organizations, and are locally relevant in a diverse set of markets.

This role will combine a strategic mentality with hands-on program creation, ensuring the alignment and delivery of our global campaigns, the development of our regional campaigns, plus a level of regional execution. 

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 8 years' B2B product or industry marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software/SaaS.

  • Contents, program, story development experience in demand generation marketing

  • Marketing experience across countries within Asia

Other Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing enterprise solution applications is strongly preferred

  • Good track record in building, driving and implementing demand generation strategy across AP&J

  • A relationship builder with the ability to influence

  • Well-organized self-starter, with strong communication skills , comfortable using your initiative and adapting to change

  • Experience working in a pan-AP&J role
