If you’re ready to do the most ambitious work of your career, join us.

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to build and lead the marketing strategy in the Netherlands and the broader Benelux region, responsible for the full marketing funnel, all marketing channels, and acting as the brand champion for the region.

Based in Amsterdam, you will lead B2B marketing, covering online and offline initiatives, to scale our customer acquisition efforts and brand building across SME and Enterprise customers. Although this role will focus on the Netherlands, you will also support Airwallex's presence across the broader Benelux region.

Reporting directly to the VP Marketing EMEA, you’ll work with the EMEA marketing team, including Content, Brand, ABM, Campaigns, Partnerships, and Growth team members, as well as with global marketing and comms. You will also partner closely with the local sales and regional commercial teams.

This role requires an analytical and entrepreneurial individual who can undertake projects with minimal guidance. You need to be a self-starter, a keen problem solver, have a good mix of digital and field marketing skills, and make data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Drive and implement the marketing strategy across both always-on and campaign-based initiatives to accelerate growth and customer acquisition across SME and Enterprise segments. Identify and activate opportunities within communities, events, and co-marketing partnerships and lead from concept to execution.

  • Event Leadership:
Own the end-to-end execution of events in the Netherlands, including owned, partner-led, and sponsored engagements. Maximise impact through close collaboration with sales, partner teams, corporate affairs, and global stakeholders.

  • Community Building:
Develop and execute initiatives to collaborate with local communities in the Netherlands, targeting specific industries, personas, and sectors. Enhance brand awareness and generate commercial impact within key networks.

  • Partner Marketing:
Lead partner marketing initiatives in collaboration with strategic and channel partner teams. Work alongside the commercial partnership teams and wider EMEA marketing team to develop and activate co-branded multi-channel campaigns and joint initiatives that are relevant in the market.

  • Content Localisation:
Collaborate with the EMEA content team to localise and create region-specific marketing assets that support both inbound and outbound motions.

  • Sales Collaboration & Go-to-Market Support:
Continuously collaborate with your local commercial team to identify opportunities to drive B2B growth. Work with local strategy and GTM teams to support successful product launches in the market.

  • Digital & Paid Media:
Partner with paid media, growth, SEO, ABM, and campaign teams to roll out localised digital campaigns and always-on initiatives for the region. Support both paid and organic acquisition, as well as retention and upsell strategies, working with regional and global teams to execute across channels.

  • Reporting & Analytics:
Own marketing reporting for the Netherlands and Benelux. Analyse channel and funnel performance to optimise and drive continuous improvement and scale acquisition in the region.

What You Bring...

  • 6+ years experience in a marketing role (at least some of this in B2B); experience with both online and offline marketing required, including events, partnerships and community management

  • A fluent Dutch speaker with experience working across the Netherlands and broader Benelux market

  • Commercially savvy with strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions to drive performance

  • Marketing automation experience (preferably Marketo or Salesforce)

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to move between strategic work and execution at events

  • Experience in a fast-moving startup culture, leading marketing projects

  • Confident communication skills for reporting to stakeholders at different levels, ability to influence people across the organisation

  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-obsessed approach
