The ideal candidate should be familiar with China-specific communication channels (e.g., WeChat), and be able to liaise with vendors and partners based in China in Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of regional events, webinars, trade shows and ABM initiatives across APAC.
  • Lead the planning and execution of China marketing initiatives, managing vendor, partner, and agency communications, and supervising content localization and communication channel content planning and scaling.
  • Work closely with marketing operations, including lead tracking, campaign effectiveness tracking and reporting using Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing automation tools.
  • Coordinate lead follow-up processes to ensure timely engagement and conversion tracking.
  • Support budget tracking for marketing activities and work with finance to ensure POs and invoices are processed accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field preferred.
  • 5–10 years in field marketing and demand gen.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, with familiarity with China-specific communication channels (e.g., WeChat), and ability to liaise with vendors and partners based in China.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and diving into manual work, with a focus on scaling and strategic improvement.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills — you thrive in managing multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and embraces change.
