Marketing Internship - APAC

Type: 6-month internship

Job Description

As a part of our expanding marketing team, we are seeking a passionate and talented Marketing Intern to join us and contribute to our exciting journey.

In this role, this person will be supporting the field marketing managers in demand generation and brand awareness across APAC. Activities could include customer and/or partner events; digital marketing (in partnership with the global demand management team) and a solid mix of various other demand generation activities. 

Responsibilities 

  • Help with the set-up of field marketing programs and activities like webinars, field events or digital programs, delivering well-integrated and brand aligned campaigns that create the maximum impact, identifying target audiences and ensuring consistency and collaboration while following established guidelines, processes, and tools. 

  • Help with the assets creation in Canva according to the needs of each marketing campaign and channel to be used, always following corporate brand guidelines.

  • Landing pages and email creation in Marketo, editing email campaigns, email invitations, follow-up emails and events/webinars landing and thank you pages.

  • Internal communications with the sales team with information about our marketing activities.

  • Promote content via SUSE’s social channels

  • Execute demand generation activities, managing vendors & partners’ relationship to effectively develop outsourced elements of our onsite events, participating on our events supporting with field marketing tasks and submitting to the system the leads we obtain.

  • Tracking, measuring, and reporting the success of each program against overall objectives.

  • Align closely with APAC Marketing Team strategy, attending to our meetings.


Skills

  • Event & digital campaign management

  • Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus

  • Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.

  • Good knowledge of SFDC, Marketo

  • Great relationship building and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Positive attitude and work collaboratively.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
