We are looking for a curious and proactive B2B Marketing Intern to support the Singapore Marketing team at Funding Societies.

This is a broad marketing role where you will gain exposure to different areas of B2B marketing, from social media and content creation to campaigns, partnerships, email marketing and website management.

You will work closely with the Marketing Lead and other teams to bring ideas and campaigns to life. No two weeks will look exactly the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys learning, experimenting and working on a variety of projects.

What You’ll Do

1. Campaign and Content Support

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for Funding Societies’ products, partnerships and key initiatives.
  • Help create and adapt content such as email campaigns, social media posts, landing-page copy, product explainers, customer stories and sales materials for different audiences and channels.

2. Social Media and Video Content

  • Create content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, including captions, carousels, stories and short-form videos.
  • Assist with content ideation, scripting, filming, editing and publishing content such as SME stories, employee features, behind-the-scenes clips and product explainers.

3. Email, Website and Digital Marketing

  • Support the creation of email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages and website updates using HubSpot.
  • Assist with campaign setup, contact segmentation, content formatting, quality checks and basic search optimisation.
  • Help ensure marketing materials are accurate, easy to understand and aligned with campaign timelines.

4. Partnership and Cross-Team Coordination

  • Support co-marketing initiatives with Funding Societies’ partners, including joint campaigns, customer offers and co-branded content.
  • Work with teams such as Sales, Partnerships, Product, Operations, Customer Experience, Compliance and Legal to coordinate feedback, approvals and campaign deliverables.

5. Performance Tracking and Research

  • Monitor marketing performance across social media, email, website and campaigns, including reach, engagement, clicks, traffic and leads.
  • Assist with reporting, competitor research, content analysis and identifying opportunities to improve future campaigns.

6. General Marketing Support

  • Provide support for other marketing projects depending on business priorities, including creative briefs, presentations, customer communications, events, market research and regional campaign initiatives.
  • You will also have opportunities to explore how AI, automation and new digital tools can improve marketing processes and content development.

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree or recently completed a diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • Strong interest in B2B marketing, digital marketing, content creation or social media
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, organised and attentive to detail
  • Proactive, willing to learn and comfortable taking on different types of assignments
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
  • Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, spreadsheets or video-editing tools is an advantage
  • Comfortable appearing occasionally in short-form social media content
  • Interest in data, AI tools, marketing technology or automation is a bonus
  • Can commit internship for 4-6 months
