Lendlease Singapore is currently seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Marketing Executive / Senior Executive to support the launch and ongoing marketing efforts of a new mixed-use development comprising of retail and office components. This role will be instrumental in driving awareness, brand engagement, and revenue-generating initiatives – including Casual Mall Leasing (CML), partnerships, events, and activations.

Responsibilities:
 

1. Marketing Planning and Execution 

  • Support the development and roll-out integrated marketing campaigns to drive footfall, engagement, and tenant visibility.   

  • Supervise and coordinate marketing activities, policies and programs in alignment with corporate objectives to support sales, revenue growth, and adherence to industry best practices and relevant legislation.  

  • Plan and execute marketing and advertising campaigns, including promotional activities.  Track and evaluate campaign performance against defined KPIs. 

  • Conduct and coordinate market research and analysis to generate actionable insights.  

  • Drive tenant participation in marketing programs through consistent engagement and communication 

  • Oversee marketing communication across all channels within the assigned scope.  

  • Work closely with advertising agencies, creative studios, media owners and production vendors to manage end-to-end campaign execution, including ATL/BTL materials, digital platforms, and onsite branding – ensuring creative quality and cost efficiency.  

  • Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, pop-up vendors, sponsors, and brand partners through regular business reviews and presentation of partnership opportunities.  

  • Ensuring seamless execution of marketing activities, including events, seasonal promotions, and tactical campaigns.  

  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and  suppliers to deliver high-quality work aligned with brand and operational standards.  

  • Negotiating/securing promotional tie-ups and sponsorship with tenants and external partners.

2. Brand & Communications

  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints - digital, print, signage, and on-ground communications.  

  • Plan and manage targeted brand campaigns, events and product launches that amplify visibility, deepen community engagement, and drive positive media coverage.  

  • Work closely with internal team members including centre management team, customer service desk and facilities teams to provide timely updates on all marketing activities.  

  • Drafting of press releases, media statements for public communications and PR engagement. 

3. Budget and Administration 

  • Prepare monthly marketing reports, including Asset Review Reports, marketing income and expense budgets.   

  • Support the tracking and management of the overall marketing budget, ensure that expenses are kept within approved budget and income forecasts are met. 

4. Causal Mall Leasing (CML) Revenue Generation & Activations

  • Take ownership of CML revenue targets and drive short term space activations to meet income goal.  

  • Develop and implement a calendar of short-term leasing opportunities (e.g. pop-ups, atrium events, brand showcases) that support both revenue generation and shoppers’ engagement.  

  • Manage day-to-day CML activities including inquiry handling, proposal development, rate negotiation, space planning, and operational coordination. 

  • Work closely with Operations, and Finance teams to ensure compliance, and timely contract and billing processes. Build and maintain a strong network of short-term vendors, seasonal brands, and event partners.
