About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Job Responsibilities

This role is responsible for delivering Deposits and Wealth Management marketing programmes, including acquisition and portfolio activities, to meet agreed yearly business targets.

  • Responsible for executing all strategic and tactical marketing activities and campaigns related to Deposits, Secured Loans, Investment and Insurance products and solutions – both existing, as well as new product launches. This includes conceptualizing and executing gift options for customers.
  • Support local marketing counterparts to ensure the successful rollout of Group-led Deposits, Secured Loans, Investment and Insurance marketing activities and events. This includes fostering close working partnerships with the regional marketing teams and supporting units, considering cultural, regulatory, and language differences to ensure alignment of messaging, best practices sharing and success transfer.
  • Work closely with stakeholders – advisory, sales, segment and product teams, in the bank to facilitate and execute campaigns to help drive client acquisition, deepen client engagement and promote portfolio quality and penetration.
  • Negotiate and work effectively with creative and media agencies as well as other external vendors to ensure quality execution of campaigns, sales kits, gifting and events.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, track and optimise allocated regional marketing calendar and budgets to achieve agreed yearly business priorities.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Economics.
  • At least 4–6 years of Marketing and/or Communications experience in a financial institution (FI) or Wealth/HNW industry.
  • Demonstrate creativity and the ability to express opinions on creative work.
  • Good project management skills – able to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
