About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing marketing campaign performance, tracking key metrics, and providing data-driven insights to optimize our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance across various channels (online, social media, email, ads etc.).
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, such as user acquisition cost, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize marketing data and provide actionable insights from business perspective.
  • Contribute to design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize campaign performance.
  • Identify trends and patterns in user behavior based on the natural of TAs.
  • Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing analytics tools and techniques, as well as market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role with at least 2 years experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiar with marketing automation tools.
  • Familiar with tracking code implementation and ads tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of data mining and machine learning techniques.
