As a Data Solutions Operations - Fusion Service Delivery - Analyst in Operations, you will monitor and deliver data files & products to clients on a daily basis. You will also work with various teams to identify and resolve any operational or technical challenges that may affect service delivery. You will aim to provide seamless and satisfactory services to end users and clients.
Job responsibilities
- Monitors files to ensure each dataset and product is delivered to end user and/or client
- Manages business as usual exceptions, identifies root cause teams and works closely with appropriate teams to resolve exceptions
- Supports data mining and analytics to help define process flow and best practices
- Produces metrics reporting to share with senior audiences
- Creates Standard Operating Procedures
- Identifies trends, patterns, and correlations to support data-driven decision-making
- Facilitates communication and collaboration across various teams to drive exception resolution
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma holder
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and identify root causes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook for documentation, data analysis, presentations, and communication
- Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in tools like Excel, Visio, SQL, Alteryx, querying databases & Confluence
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior experience in either Fund Accounting, Collateral, Custody, Sustainable Investing, Reference Data, Middle Office
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Knowledge of Python/Jupyter Notebook
- Knowledge/use of Collibra (previously OWL DQ)
- Experience working in data management at an Asset Manager
- Fluency in Japanese will be an advantage to communicate and deal with clients in/from Japan
