Job Description

We are seeking a for an Admin Assistant (Marketing) on a 12 months contract to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This entry-level role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about the aviation industry and eager to gain practical experience in marketing. The position offers the opportunity to develop essential skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment while contributing to the success of our marketing campaigns and initiatives.

You will assist both online and offline marketing activities, assisting with a range of administrative tasks and contributing to the execution of marketing campaigns and events. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with web traffic monitoring and digital marketing tools, enhancing your skills in the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with data entry and database management to ensure accurate customer and campaign records.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, social media, and performance tracking to enhance engagement.
  • Deliver end-to-end administrative and logistics support for marketing events and campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination of vendors, invoices, purchase orders, and deliverables with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to facilitate outreach efforts.
  • Monitor web traffic and engagement analytics, supporting marketing performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, with a strong "can-do" attitude and the ability to multitask and work independently when needed.
  • Keen interest in marketing, aviation, or event management, with a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Familiarity with design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) or marketing automation platforms will be an advantage.
