The Opportunity:

As a Marketing & Communications Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the visibility and impact of HKA's brand in our priority markets.

Working as part of a global marketing team and reporting into one of the Marketing & Communications Director Co-Leads, you will partner with business leaders, subject matter experts and business development teams to promote HKA's expertise and ensure marketing activity supports client engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns that support key service lines, sectors and growth priorities.

  • Support business leaders and subject matter experts to develop articles, thought leadership and client-focused content.

  • Plan and deliver client events and hospitality, webinars, conferences and sponsored industry events.

  • Support HKA’s brand and ensure consistency across all marketing and communications activity.

  • Manage content and activity across digital channels, including website, social media and email marketing.

  • Draft and coordinate press releases, announcements and other external communications.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Manage CRM data and reporting to support marketing and business development activity.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and marketing colleagues to promote collaboration and the sharing of best practice.

Skills and Experience:

Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Marketing and Communications role within a B2B or professional services environment.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality marketing content.

  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events and communications.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.

  • Experience using digital marketing platforms, CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.

  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working across departments and international teams.

  • Creative and results-focused, with an interest in finding practical ways to improve marketing effectiveness and engagement.
