Design and manage digital tracking frameworks, tags, rules, data elements, and analytics configurations across digital touchpoints. Analyze customer journeys to identify behavior patterns, friction, drop-offs, and marketing opportunities. Develop marketing performance dashboards, support audience and targeting solutions, and contribute to martech transformation initiatives. Collaborate with data, business, and technology teams while managing stakeholders and presenting insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital tracking frameworks to capture customer interactions and behaviours across websites and digital touchpoints.
- Set up and manage tracking tags, rules, data elements and tracking configurations to support marketing analytics and other technology requirements.
- Analyse end-to-end customer journeys across digital channels and touchpoints to identify customer behaviours, friction points, drop-offs and opportunities to improve the customer experience and marketing effectiveness
- Develop analytical frameworks and dashboards to monitor marketing performance and customer behaviour.
- Partner with data teams to develop customer audiences, signals, lookalikes and other data-driven targeting solutions.
- Assist and support Martech transformation initiatives and projects that enable more data-driven, personalised and automated marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, data-driven marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital marketing channels and marketing measurement.
- Experience working on martech, analytics, customer data or digital transformation projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch, including implementation of tags, rules, data elements and tracking frameworks.
- Experience using analytics and visualisation tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI or equivalent.
