We are seeking a proactive, client-centric Account Manager to join our Singapore team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, balances strategic thinking with operational rigour, and builds trusted partnerships that drive long-term value for clients and the agency.
The Role - As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, campaign success, and account growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while confidently coordinating internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time, on budget, and on strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring objectives, expectations, and priorities are clearly understood and consistently met.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through clear communication, strategic counsel, and proactive problem-solving.
- Lead regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and planning sessions to assess results and identify opportunities for growth.
Operational & Delivery Excellence
- Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, media, and operations teams to brief work, manage workflows, and align deliverables with client expectations.
- Own project timelines, budgets, and status reporting, maintaining visibility and accountability at all stages.
- Ensure all outputs meet MOI Global’s quality standards, brand guidelines, and strategic intent.
- Monitor scope, resourcing, and timelines to deliver work within agreed budgets and margin targets.
- Manage financial processes including purchase orders, invoicing, and revenue tracking in line with MOI Global’s systems and governance.
Account Growth & Strategic Advisory
- Identify and proactively pursue opportunities to expand client engagements through additional services, strategic initiatives, or campaign extensions.
- Support proposal development, scoping, and budgeting for new work and account expansions.
- Contribute to client retention and sustainable, long-term revenue growth.
- Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, industries, and performance metrics to provide informed strategic recommendations.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in an agency environment, ideally with exposure to B2B technology or complex, service-based industries.
- Solid understanding of integrated marketing channels, including digital, paid media, content, social, events, CRM, and creative production.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Confidence interpreting data and performance reports to inform insights and recommendations.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate client and project needs.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working within cross-functional teams.
- Calm, decisive problem-solving ability in high-pressure or fast-moving situations.
