Market Risk Manager (Crypto / Derivatives)

We are looking for a Market Risk Manager to strengthen our risk capabilities across Spot, Derivatives, and yield-based products.

You will work closely with trading and product teams to identify, assess, and manage market risks, while helping to build scalable risk frameworks as we grow.

What you'll be doing:

• Monitor and manage market risks across Spot and Derivatives products

• Assess risks in new and existing products (pricing, volatility, liquidity, counterparty exposure)

• Develop and enhance risk frameworks, limits, and monitoring processes

• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess potential market risks

• Partner with Trading, Product, and Engineering to embed risk controls

• Provide risk insights to senior management

What we're looking for:

• Experience in market risk / trading risk / financial risk

• Strong understanding of Spot and Derivatives markets

• Exposure to one or more:

  • Options

  • Structured products

  • Earn / yield products

• Ability to assess volatility, liquidity, and counterparty risks

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable risk insights

• Hands-on data skills (e.g. Excel; Python/SQL is a plus but not required)

• Experience in crypto or digital assets markets

• Familiarity with options or non-linear products

• Exposure to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) or firm-wide risk governance

• Background in quantitative methods (e.g. VaR, stress testing)
