Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of marine insurance policies, claims handling, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant insurance and risk management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Open to those not in managerial positions to step up
