As a Marine Coordinator at Royal Ocean Marine client (Shipmanagement) , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's marine operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Coordinating and overseeing marine activities and operations
  • Managing documentation related to vessel certificates and stationery
  • Arranging travel logistics for superintendents, including visa applications
  • Handling invoicing and updating application forms for class audits and other vessel-related matters
  • Conducting phone tests and maintaining test records
  • Updating and maintaining records for vessel meetings and reports
  • Collecting HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) data from ship managers
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements
