Coordinate and oversee vessel operations, manage vessel documentation and certificates, arrange travel and visas, handle invoicing and audit applications, maintain test and meeting records, collect HSEQ data from ship managers, and perform ad-hoc administrative duties to support marine operations.
As a Marine Coordinator at Royal Ocean Marine client (Shipmanagement) , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's marine operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Coordinating and overseeing marine activities and operations
- Managing documentation related to vessel certificates and stationery
- Arranging travel logistics for superintendents, including visa applications
- Handling invoicing and updating application forms for class audits and other vessel-related matters
- Conducting phone tests and maintaining test records
- Updating and maintaining records for vessel meetings and reports
- Collecting HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) data from ship managers
- Performing ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Maritime Studies or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role in the shipping industry

- Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
