Summary

We are seeking a Marcom Manager to Senior Marcom Manager for a part-time position. They will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and public relations strategies to enhance the Monks brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales efforts. This role requires a blend of PR, marketing and content experience, with good organisational skills.

This is a 6 month contract role with strong potential to transition into a full-time employee (FTE) role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage public relations activities, including media outreach, press release writing, and relationship building with key industry influencers.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to craft content and thought leadership that aligns with Monks’ marketing strategy.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and website content.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support their lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Drive the organisation of events and event sponsorship, including project management, building promotional assets and aiding the thought leadership and content creation.
  • Assist the VP of Marketing and Communications, APAC, with other marketing and PR initiatives as needed.
Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • 4+ years in B2B marketing/public relations, preferably in the marketing services sector.
  • An understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing platforms).
  • Ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for various audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
