  • Analyze manufacturing test data, SPC trends, DMRs, and field feedback to identify systemic issues
  • Lead root-cause investigations for recurring test failures and implement permanent corrective actions
  • Optimize test coverage to balance risk containment vs. manufacturing efficiency
  • Maintain and enhance automated test scripts to improve repeatability, reduce manual effort, and support scalable production
  • Use data-driven insights to proactively prevent test escapes and field issues
  • Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing for test failures, anomalies, and line issues
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, or system-level failures occurring during product test
  • Ensure manufacturing test processes comply with quality system requirements, customer expectations, and audit standards
  • Determine standard labor hours for test, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements
  • Gathers operational and test data and evaluates results
  • Evaluates work methods, procedures and policies
  • Assists in determining root cause analysis for issues that arise during assembly and/or test of systems
