You will be responsible for providing quick and effective engineering solutions to daily production issues, support NPI, custom product opportunities and capability development. You will also play a key role and contribute to longer-term continuous/process improvements to shape productivity.

As Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide support for solving complex technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Executes routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and/or contributes to technological developments in teams under supervision.
Works together with people from the business unit.
Collecting or providing technical information.
Executing routine but complex analysis.
To Support for Cost Out, Utilization Savings, Product Value initiatives & Plant critical projects as assigned.
To continue seamless operational support for Assembly, back-end process (techlube/phosphate etc.), Production & Quality functions on day-to-day basis.
Be responsible for the safety of own self and others while working on site.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Comfortable to work within a team setting with minimum guidance.
Have knowledge of design for manufacturability, lean manufacturing techniques, quality system and SPC tools.
Have hands on capability with good knowledge of manufacturing and calibration/validation processes.
Be able to interpret engineering drawings/specs and manufacturing processes/evaluation.
Knowledge of Macro in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
