Role Responsibilities: 

  • Co-work with relevant MFG and cross-functional teams to meet daily move, output, cycle time and line yield targets through lot dispatch priorities, tool setup allocation, tool PM scheduling, DL deployment, tool time request management and other related activities. 
  • Participate in daily engineering meetings, including highlight line key focus and priorities to support Fab daily performances. 
  • Daily collaboration with MFG production control and Engineering teams on tool time request. 
  • Drive relevant MFG teams on continuous DL productivity improvement, 5S, safety and quality compliance. 
  • Ensure adequate supply of control wafers to meet daily tool requirement. 
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects. 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong conceptual knowledge and technical experience for everyday problem-solving on the job   
  • Solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly explain complex information to others  

Physical Requirements:

This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools.  Additionally, because this position also may involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.
