Job Profile Summary:
Reporting to Lead, Manpower Development, this role supports the Lead in driving recruitment and manpower growth through conceptualizing innovative schemes and initiatives that will aid the agency leaders in recruiting and retaining talented individuals as Financial Consultants (FC) and Wealth Manager (WM).
You will also be responsible for formulating policies and processes, enhancing current workflows, as well as provide data analysis in recruitment, performance management and attrition of new representatives.
Job Description:
Responsible for operational efficiency of all manpower processes with main KPI to cut down onboarding time for candidates in various financing schemes.
Collaborate and influence various stakeholders from Compliance, Distribution Risk and Manpower Operations to cut down TAT.
Develop and manage end-to-end new recruitment and manpower plans, documentation, processes and communication to the sales force, including financing schemes.
Updates all policies to be in line with company and/or industry changes to ensure that regulatory requirements are adhered to.
Provide data management and analytics support to the various stakeholders in the areas of manpower, recruitment, and new FC productivity, as well as develop dashboards for management reporting.
Be the expert in all financing schemes and recruitment initiatives to assist and support the Recruitment Team and Business Development Team in their enquiries.
To be the liaison for the Recruitment Team in problem management arising from the financing schemes and recruitment initiatives, with the different departments /functions.
Support the Lead in annual review of all financing schemes and regular analysis of the effectiveness of financing schemes in comparison with the competitors.
Participate in tasks and projects delegated by the Head of Recruitment and Manpower Development and the Lead, Manpower Development.

CMFAS certification is an advantage
